Shipping Domestic & International

We ship domestic and international via USPS.  All domestic packages will have tracking unless they are a flat, stamped item. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Dusty Rose is not responsible for delays due to customs or packages lost in the mail.

Processing time

We ship all items within 2 - 4 days of purchase.  If you need expedited shipping, please email dustyrosevintage@gmail.com with subject line "expedited shipping" and we can send you an invoice for additional charges if this option is available.  

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you have any additional questions please contact us before purchase. 

We provide accurate measurements and detailed photos of our items so do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

To avoid wardrobing, you will find that most vintage shops are firm about “all sales final”.  If you truly want to return your piece, we will accept returns for store credit with a 10% restock fee.  Items must be returned within 3 business days of delivery with tracking. 

Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price only, shipping charges are not refundable.  

A credit code will be issued when the item is received. To redeem the code, enter at checkout to cover all or part of your exchange.
